The Opportunity:
We are looking for a full-time Director of Growth Marketing, based in Vancouver, BC.
The goal of this position will be to grow “Attended Demos” through strategic marketing funnels. You’ll be working collaboratively with our Director of Growth And Partnerships, and will report to them.
In order to achieve your objective, you’ll need to own our digital marketing strategy from end to end. You’ll create systems that help us maintain and optimize our existing marketing channels, and also design and run experiments to achieve new MQL, SQL and Attended Demo growth, as well as brand awareness.
Requirements:
-Background working in a B2B SaaS company in Growth Marketing or similar for at least 4 years
-You’ve owned a number in the past (MQL, SQL, Demos or Revenue) and met/exceeded expectations
-Experience managing a marketing team (in-house and/or outsourcers)
-Demonstrated history of excellence in planning, prioritization and project management
-Strong understanding of analytics, marketing funnels and content marketing
Tactical Skills:
-Marketing Analytics (Google, Hubspot, Etc).
-Content Marketing (creation, distribution, email, social, etc)
-SEO (on page and off page/link building)
-Hubspot marketing automation
-Pay per click advertising
-Conversion optimization (AB tests, etc)
-Managing a budget and tracking “cost to acquire”
Bonus: Familiarity with Webflow

Compensation:
- $100,000 to $130,000+ a year CAD depending on experience
Interview Process:
- Our interview process consists of 3-4 steps and takes approximately 3-4 hours in total
- We will start with a first introduction call
- Our tactical interview involves creating a strategic marketing plan based on sample information given, and also creating some example marketing deliverables
- Our culture interview is a 3:1 standardized panel interview
- Our final interview is an in-person interview
