Your Role:
As our Customer Success Manager, you are the voice of the customer internally and the voice of the company externally. You’ll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of customers. You’ll onboard, train, support, and empower clients to maximize their success with Event Temple, all while spotting new growth opportunities.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Onboard new clients, provide training, conduct success check-ins, and drive client satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical and strategic advice.
- Contribute to our knowledge base, training resources, and client education materials.
- Collaborate with team leads to support department initiatives and product updates.

Requirements:
- Background from the hospitality industry
- Great system knowledge
- Fluent in German and English
- Remote contractor role (invoice monthly, handle your own taxes/social fees)
