With the goal of implementing Event Temple’s robust platform across Strawberry’s vast network of hotels, which includes both large and small properties, within an 18-month timeline, the initiative was not just about adopting a new system but a complete overhaul of the existing technology stack.
At the heart of this transformation was the deep integration between Event Temple and industry-leading hospitality cloud, Mews. This integration was critical as meetings and events (M&E) form a substantial part of Strawberry's business operations. The seamless connectivity built by Event Temple facilitated real-time data syncing, automatic posting of consumed charges, and synchronization of prepayment invoices, which are essential for the complex workflows of large hotel chains.
