If you’re looking for industry insight directly from the perspective of a hotelier themselves, from the good, the bad, and the downright ugly, then look no further. Spoken with witty satire, this hotelier’s commentary on the daily happenings in a hotel will have your eyes glued to the screen. Even if you’re someone not working in hospitality, it is a great read as most of you out there have traveled in some sort of capacity and the perspective on guests make you want to laugh out loud.
